Sonnet contest

Written by: Miss Echo l'Altro di Rienzi

Having been unsuccessful in my attempts to find Strife's original post announcing the contest (which included the specifications for sonnets), I will repeat here the required constraints which make a sonnet, essentially, a sonnet.

The verse must be in iambic pentameter.

There must be three four-line verses and one couplet (two lines) at the end.

The rhyming scheme goes like this:

a,b,a,b c,d,c,d e,f,e,f gg

Sincerely,

Echo

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Daedalan, in the year 236 AF.
