sigh...me again, this time about the Clan idea.

A clan to unite any Priests with different ideas and loyalties would not work as the Priests apparently do not take favourably to Priests leaving their guild, as they would have to do to oppose the "light Priests". A clan is not the same as a guild, and is hence not the answer. How would they recruit new members if they cant bestow newbies with the 3 skillsets? A clan solution would be only temporary.
To whomever it was who wondered at the colour of Lord Vastar.
If you go to His temple, you may read of the musings of His followers, and in reading, gain an insight into the way in which His followers view Him. Then see if your perspection remains the same.
