The Public Sanity

Mighty Logos,

I humbly thank you and sing your praises for your public statement of
commitment to the the Public Sanity by encouraging all of your citizens to
take precautionary measures against the horrible insanity of the delusional
mental affliction known as "OOC".

Might I respectfully suggest that a more pro-active utilization of the
existing "rolepoint" system might greatly assist in aiding the public reform
effort? Indeed, even a mild revision of the system might perhaps be in order?

I have been dismayed to often witness ridiculously unstable behaviour, both
in person and over the public forms of communication -- only to check the
public records of the persons involved and see that they are considered to
be "extremely credible". Perhaps a more aggressive use of negative rolepoints
could discourage such dangerous delusions.

It is also my understanding (please dinnae hesitate to correct me if I am
mistaken), that all citizens are considered "extremely credible" upon their
admittance to Achaea? Is there a credibility level higher than "extremely
credible? If not, then our new citizens have nothing along those lines to
strive for when first they arrive -- as they cannot gain credibility until
they lose some, first.... Perhaps if new citizens were given a more moderate
credibilty rating upon their arrival, then they would be more encouraged
to *immediately* begin learning how to conform to the behavioral standards
of the region, as doing so would benefit their own advancement.

Though we are all ultimately responsible for our own behaviour, it is my belief
that Your divine omnipotence (and, indeed, the powers of all of the Immortals)
could be the most powerful of influences on the situation, and I quietly
pray that we may witness increased attention to this aspect of Achaean life.

Yours in Humble Servitude,
