Greetings, one and all!

I am happy to announce an upcoming Tessera tournament, to be held at the
World Stage, starting approximately on the 9th of Roarkian, 468 and
running as long as necessary. Prior to the tournament starting, an
exhibition game will be held between myself and Lord Weiwae (subject to
availability), during which time some pointers and nuances of Tessera
may be given to those who wish to ask.

All are welcome to enter, be they Mortal, Demigod, Ascendant or Elder
God (No soulless sorry, unless we want to have to deal with yet another
Ascension!)

At stake for the victor is the Truest of Favours from none other than
Lord Libertas Himself - a distinctly rare honour to be bestowed upon an
individual! Other prizes will be announced in the coming weaves for
second and third places.

The tournament will be held in a single-elimination format, with the
final being best two out of three. A maximum of 20 seconds per turn will
be permitted.

A small entry fee of 1,000 gold pieces will be obliged to enter, which
will go into a prize pool that will go to the second place winner.

Entries will be accepted up until a day before the contest, at which
point brackets will be drawn and played out. Please ensure you allow
enough time to be able to attend if you make it to later brackets.
