A few updates to afflictions, all pertaining to the Overhaul arena at
present.

First, I've renamed the weakened limb afflictions, so that they are now
"damagedleftleg", etc. I prefer this to the old name, so there you have
it.

Second, FirstAid will now handle curing physical afflictions, currently
with the following priority:

Head while afflicted with damaged throat,
Mutilated legs,
Mutilated arms,
Damaged legs,
Damaged arms,
Any other head afflictions (i.e. damagedskull),
Gut afflictions,
Chest afflictions

Firstaid will properly respect delayed cures here, so you need not worry
about accidentally cancelling an in-progress cure.

Third, Overhaul arena matches will now feature overhauled versions of
anorexia, asthma, and slickness. Anorexia is a mental aff cured by slush
that blocks eating only. Asthma is an internal aff cured by dust that
blocks smoking. Slickness is a spiritual aff cured by steam that blocks
applying. These conversions are not universal, and there may be a few
abilities scattered about that still apply the old versions even in the
Overhaul arena, but poisons and all knighthood afflicting are guaranteed
to apply the Overhauled versions of the afflictions.
