Nineteen challengers gathered on Avechna's Peak to participate in the Challenge of Justice, where contestants argued their cases in fierce debates of logic and statesmanship in a double elimination contest. The Oneiroi, Norns and Furies acted as referees during each debate. Throughout the event, Avechna kept looking wildly around at the skies, nervously checking if yet another unwanted intrusion would occur during this Ascension Event.

The final challenge took place between Sir Taevyn Ladyn of New Celest, who stood undefeated, against Jaspet of Glomdoring who conquered the loser's round. The first debate saw Jaspet of Glomdoring defeat Sir Taevyn for the first time. But on the rematch, Sir Taevyn won the debate and the Medallion of Justice, becoming the Seventh Sealbearer.

Despite Avechna's concerns, nothing untoward took place throughout the debates, and at the end Avechna breathed a sigh of relief, declaring his hope that this was a sign that nothing further would corrupt the last challenges. Only time will tell if this hope is justified.
