We're pleased to introduce a brand new promotion to Lusternia and Iron
Realms: Racetrack betting!

For every ten credits you purchase, you'll receive a single betting
ticket. You can then head over to the Wakabidrome race track in the
Kiakodan Nature Reserve and bet on a race. Betting will open for the
next race every hour at 20 minutes past, and close at 55 minutes past.
When the hour changes, the race will begin!

Here is an overview of commands:

RACETRACK TICKETS
-----------------
View how many tickets you have available for betting.

RACETRACK LIST
--------------
View the current wakabi available to bet on, their jockeys, and their
odds to Win (come 1st), Place (come 2nd or higher) or Show (come 3rd or
higher). It will also show you the return per ticket for betting on that
wakabi. If the race has already ended, it will tell you the final
placings.

RACETRACK VIEW
--------------
Only usable if the wakabi are racing, this will display the current
positions of each wakabi in the race.

RACETRACK BETS
--------------
An overview of your current bets for this race.

RACETRACK BET <amount> TICKETS ON <colour> TO <WIN|PLACE|SHOW>
--------------------------------------------------------------
Place a bet on a wakabi to win, place or show.

Winning means that the wakabi will come in exactly first place.
Placing means that the wakabi will come in second place, or better.
Showing means that the wakabi will come in third place, or better.
Betting ends when the races start!

The RACETRACK LIST command will show the odds each wakabi has of
winning, placing or showing, as well as the credit return per ticket for
betting on that wakabi.

This promotion will last until the end of October, alongside the Dingbat
Promotion! After October ends, the racetrack will remain open for a few
days so that you may bet away any remaining tickets.
