The quest relates to the latest development of the Wheel of Goloths. The
steps are as follows:

1. Find a shard located somewhere in the Razine Mountains.
2. TOUCH SHARD and you will see if you are close to the location of its
matching piece. (This is like the game hot potato/cold potato.) If you
touch the shard in the right location, it will form into a complete
cube.
3. Take the complete cube to the Wheel of the Goloths and drop it there.
You will receive some experience as well as a little message every time
you complete the quest.

The command QUESTEVENT will tell you your status.

Again, there is a unique artifact (valued at 20 credits) if you complete
the quest 21 times so make sure you don't miss out!
