We have just been alerted to a bug that dates back to May wherein
credits being transferred out of the city or commune weren't being
properly deducted. We've tracked back all the credits that weren't
correctly deducted and made the necessary adjustments. The following
amounts have been deducted from each organization:

Celest - 3264
Hallifax - 1450
Glomdoring - 985
Magnagora - 130
Serenwilde - 190
Gaudiguch - 70

If you notice any similar bug in the future, please alert us
immediately. It will be lot less painful once the reckoning comes.
