Autopaying Shop/House Taxes

I completely neglected to mention -how- one can configure autopayment of shop and house taxes in my previous post.

The syntax, using the CONFIG command, is:

CONFIG SHOP|HOUSE AUTOPAY ON|OFF
CONFIG SHOP|HOUSE MAXTAX <value>

You may set a maximum value that you are willing to pay in a single tax payment. This is to prevent your bank accounts being completely drained by an unscrupulous city official inflating your shop's value or the city's tax rate.

When taxes are assessed to your property, the taxes owed on your property will automatically be deducted from your bank accounts. The money does not have to be in your city's specific bank account, as it will use any valid bank account it can find.

If you do not have sufficient funds or the amount owed on the property is greater than your maxtax setting, your autopay will be disabled. You will receive messages that will indicate when you have paid taxes and when your autopay fails for any reason.

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Fas, in the year 619 AD.
