Rixen Reopev, once a member of the Pines, has been branded an enemy for thievery. The total sum of his theft is above nine million gold, all of which was taken from the guild of the Idras. In addition to theft, Rixen is responsible for wrongfully ousting members of the guild to cover up his theft before making an escape. This is a warning: if you take him into your folds, he will attempt to repeat his crimes.

I ask of each of the leaders of Aetherius, no matter your belief or affiliation: bar him entry from your places of safety. Though we will stop at no length to reach him and punish him for his crimes, refusing him from your lands will make bringing him to justice in the Ithaquan way that much faster.
