My Gratitude

Aetherius,

I never thought I would see the day when those who practice magicks of all sort and those who reject it would come together to accomplish something other than murder or pillage, even though those did occur. Assisting in the force that fought through the follies of Kinsarmar to bring the Hammer to Demon's Pass was a defining moment in my life. Although the world may no be free from rifts, I can rest a little easier for a moment knowing that those who have slain our Divine can no longer return.

Kinsarmar will get away with its treason to the world, and their infamy will live on in written history and those who will remember it. Celidon will continue to be known as a council of people who do and people who don't. The rest of us can mourn the loss of our Divine and rebuild, and hope to get back at each other's throats soon enough.

Before I immerse myself in Milk and begin my search for the Raven, I wanted to offer my personal gratitude, not as Wildgraf but as a mortal, to those who helped seal the rift. While I outright reject many of your ways, I am glad that you were able to come together with us to see the greatest threat we've known taken care of.

Ithaqua now rebuilds, as I'm sure many of you are. With the purpose of the alliance gone, there is no reason for us to continue in it. Champions can once again walk with the fear of death, I can get back to hating magickers of all sorts, and you all can get back to magicking or whatever you do when we're not killing each other.
