Entities, Cities, and Guilds

Due to player request, entities can now join cities and guilds if they belong to the same circle. Some entities have already joined a cult/sect, so their circle affiliation is obvious. The ones who have not yet joined a cult will be assigned to a circle once they make a decision.

Unaffiliated entities cannot join anything.

If you don't want an entity to join a city or guild in the same circle, brand them an enemy to your organization. This will keep them from being able to join.

That said, entities have been given specific direction to NOT join orgs without talking to the leaders and to leave when asked if required.
