Hello, Imperian!

As noted on Twitter (@ImperianIRE), the following changes have been made over the last few days:

- Shamans (and fans of organization) rejoice! Bone Dust now has its own category in your rifts!
- All kinds of bone dust now respond to the noun "bonedust"
- There's now a new config option, HideLogins, that will prevent the login message from being displayed to your mutual allies when you log in.
- Owners of 'a beat-up stopwatch' will now find that their age is not displayed when others view their score (e.g. via the GUILD SCORE priv), nor will they appear on BIRTHDAYS.
- Letter carriers will no longer narc on phased individuals (the third party message will not be shown).
- Miscellaneous typo and bug fixes
