Antioch is running a "Circle-Only" scavenger hunt today. I have made a couple of changes to the code for this hunt, and future hunts. These changes are reflected in HELP SCAVENGE.

1. Rooms can now be marked as answers to clues. In order to scavenge a room, use the command SCAVENGE HERE.

2. There is now a short balance when using the SCAVENGE command to keep people from spamming it.

3. All of the clues for this hunt are flagged for the Anti-Magick circle only. Sorry!
