As Jeremy alluded to earlier, the mercenary system is being retired. All lessons and credits invested into the system have been refunded in full (check your messages). Mercenary items have decayed, and former mercenary stores have reverted to their previous state. We are not refunding gold costs as people got gold out of the system when using it.

If you find that there are any mercenary commands or functions that you can still do, please bug it or otherwise let me know in game.
