New Guard Stuff

I have made some additions and changes to city and council guards. You can read about most of them in HELP SQUADS and HELP PATROLS.

Here is a list of changes not in those help files:

- All guards will now automatically strike anyone entering the room with them, unless already in combat.

- Patrolling guards will automatically strike anyone they run across while patrolling, unless already in combat.

- Guards in patrols will destroy ice and stone walls in their way.

- Patrolling guards will open doors in their path.

- Patrolling guards will get stuck behind locked doors. (I may change that in the future)

- Cleaned up the city guard list.

I will be cleaning this up over the next few days and making several of the other changes suggested in that thread.
