Subj: Tiredness

Upon review, the concept of tiredness and the need to sleep for players under level 80 weren't really adding anything meaningful or interesting, and as such are now removed. Sleeping remains as a combat mechanic and as a way to regain health if none others are available to you, but is now purely optional outside of these situations.

The following changes were done along with this:

- Sleeplessness (Trailblazing) and Secondwind (Predation) now make you wake faster if you are asleep without the quince defence

- You no longer wake up automatically if sleeping - need to enter the WAKE command (or have autocuring do this for you) to wake up
