I announce, with pride, the completion of years of research upon the
race and history of the Kelki. The body of work that has been newly
added to the Racial Records in the Grand Aetolian Library represents
what we believe to be the definitive work upon the subject of the
ancient and oceanic race.

Our sincere hope is that this text will serve as a useful reference
point and as a basis for further academic work.
