Lord Manipulator,

I offer this apology in a more public form, simply to make sure that You understand how seriously I take this matter.

Some years ago, when the Maelstrom returned, I approached Him because I once served under Him for a long time. My reasons were to see if He had changed His ways. It was a foolish quest, to believe that any of Your Siblings of Spirit would be more than a waste of time and effort.

The error I made was mine, but the consequences put others in harms way and that was never my intention. By approaching Him, I also delivered a conduit into His hands, through which He could have influenced people close to me, my friends and allies.

For this, I sincerely apologize to You, my home, and all those connected to it.
