Some small bug fixes:

- Preparing resins now respect the auto-outc config option.
- You can no longer WREST people from Havens unless you are on the ground.
- Activated Creator tarots are now either removed or left within arenas when the current event concludes.
- Blood Affinity should now properly grant access to Sire abilities with anyone.
- The Ring of Camaraderie should now properly reset its charges at the Howling.
- Not really a bug fix, but Necrosis is now faster when within an arena.
