I've removed the "Your Fishing ability is not yet advanced enough!" line from the fishing discern about not being able to catch any fish in the location.

It's a bit misleading, and was just a catch-all message for any situation in which a fish is uncatchable. Often times it has nothing to do with your actual fishing ability/pole being used!

Usually it just means that a fish is bugged and stuck in a fighting state - something we've been trying to figure out the cause of for a while now!
