Fixed a bug with Fishing that allowed you to repeatedly FORGET the skill, gain lessons as though it were a normal skill, then resume fishing to get the lessons again. No, no real abuses of this were found.

Note, forgetting did not strip the skill, so it did not cause a loss of credits. Just gave free lessons.

People who did this will find they are stuck at Skilled 99%, having already completed the 1-time quest in the past. They will have to BUG themselves, and have free the number of lessons they gained from forgetting Fishing. Then we should be able to fix it.
