Everyone will now notice that they can MINIPET STAT # to see various bits of info about their minipets. This includes a rarity value, a statpack, and stats. It's kinda ugly, but hey, I'm a Producer, not a graphic designer. We'll fix it later.

Rarity has been determined based upon current quantities. In the future these will be randomish. (ie, if no one owns the pet when you get it, it is like to be 5* rarity, but not always).

Statpacks are a lot like your statpacks! Their stats are a lot like your stats!

Unlike your stats, they are meaningless. This is all to give tools to do things. But I am not doing the things, nor do I have plans for the things. This is meaningless, and I don't know why I wrote a changelog for it. DON'T LOOK, NOTHING TO SEE HERE
