Hi folks,

You might notice a new news board in the OOC section: Changelog. This is a conversion of the changelog system to be a proper news board.

This gives us the advantages of having all our changes in a centralized system (the news system), as well as changelogs now being available through external means such as the website and phone apps.

I've also gone ahead and converted all existing changelog entries into news posts, and disabled the old changelog command.
