I've changed the Accrual city research perk. Previously this gave up to 30k gold in interest on your bank account every in-game season. This interest gain has been removed, and has been replaced by zero withdraw fees for personal accounts (org accounts still have the fee).

One way to help stabilize the economy is to reduce the number of ways gold enters the game. Interest in this case was an obvious choice, as it was free gold every 12 days for zero effort. In addition, interest created a gap between newer and veteran players, as the newer players would not have the gold needed to reach the interest peak.
