It's time to blame Severn, because there's no way it's already Wednesday without a healthy dose of Artifice! Just wanted to update you all on what we're up to and how things are going. Razmael is still hard at work on a serious whopper of a project that involves some of our oldest and ugliest code. I'm thrilled to see the improvements his effort will bring. You can expect to hear much more about his project this week, to prepare for its rollout. Now that Keroc has (blissfully) entered the post-release tune-up phase for the Cabalist (now Archivist) Revamp, you can expect to see some crunchy bugfixes from him. Bugs have fallen to the wayside so far in 2017, so each of our coders will spend some time dealing with the backlog. After good work prepping the March promotion and contributing to the Archivists' guildhall, Hadrak continues super-secret-planning with me.

There were MANY changelogs to cover since my last post, but here's a sampling:

Some people have cleverly used the Scorpion relic to work around wielding limitations. So I've
had to make some following adjustments:

- Extended the balance and equilibrium times to 3 seconds on Tailstrike.
- Tailstrike is now subject to dodges and misses.
- Tailstrike no longer needs venoms, it'll generate them itself.
- Removed the damage from Tailstrike, however it can now utilise Sumac.

When paresis transforms into paralysis, it'll now retain its original sourcing. Basically this
just means that the purity enchantment will cure paralysis now if it came from a venom.

* CONFIG PROMPT BIO ON|OFF exists now for default prompts, to show your Bio energy.
* For custom prompts, use the @bio token, and the ^I token for its c olour.
* It's also now in your gmcp vitals.

Big fixes to books, scrolls, and journals! All the titles have now been fixed properly, and no
longer constantly repeat that they're a copy of a copy. Additionally, from now on libraries will
only have a tag for originals, and using PROBE on a book in your inventory will show if it is a
copy or original. Enjoy!

I'm so appreciative of the hard work our volunteers and staff put into Aetolia. We're going to continue working hard through March to bring you new content and updated systems. Keep checking those changelogs!
