One of the things we always want to see in Aetolia is more people getting involved in the PvP side of the game. To that end, I'm introducing a few changes that I hope will encourage people to participate in the easiest facet of PvP to get into, group combat, and hopefully make it less frustrating.

A) You will no longer lose experience if you die with a foci aura, or die within unstable environment.

B) Experience gain from killing a player who has a foci aura or is in an unstable environment has been tripled.

C) People who assist a kill during a foci fight and are in the same room as either the killer or victim will now also gain some experience, which will be split amongst all the assists.

D) Not really related, but while I was in the death code, I also made it so you enter death sequence automatically on dying.

We hope this will entice people to partake in the group combat experience and we'll be watching to see how it plays out. Please remember that intentionally feeding someone kills for experience is against our policies, and any attempt to abuse the lack of experience loss will be punished accordingly.
