fix.

Domination
----------
- Orb sigil now uses Combat Messages. [3]
- Chimeras can ford water now. [6728]
- Cloaked dopplegangers will no longer add to the item count on INFO
HERE. [6761]
- Completely rewrote Domination SUMMON. It was bad. [7922, 151]

Hematurgy
---------
- The wisp anxiety Combat Message should now properly display both the
attacker and the target. [8459]

Illumination
---------
- EVOKE LIGHTFORM should now be properly prevented by hinders. [5395]

Naturalism
----------
- The message for an expiring thornwall will now show on both sides of
the wall. [262]

Sanguis
-------
- I have removed the caster aggression timer on Blood Beckon. The target
timer is unchanged. [8502]

Spirituality
------------
- ANGEL SUMMON will now properly summon your angel if s/he exists but is
somehow out of the room (at a significantly shorter equilibrium cost).

Subterfuge
----------
- Rewrote SECRET for user-friendliness and to prevent all-around
OHGODWHY. [6090]
- It's no longer possible to splice a wormhole to its own room. [6253]
- You will now be notified of cleared garrotelocks upon your death. [6433]
- The 'splashing' messages that typically display when one moves to or
from a watery room will now respect phase status. [7637]
- SNIPE should now actually... snipe. [8752]
