As part of my ongoing quest to slowly refactor all the ancient code in
this game, I have rewritten the GIVE command. While you shouldn't notice
much different on your end, it'll allow us much greater flexibility and
debugging in the future. Please let me know if you have any trouble or
notice any oddities.
