Subj: Sect Changes part 1

* Sect Members can no longer go into negative marks.

* Yearly Sect point decrement on no recorded kills or deaths has been
lowered to 5 marks, and doubles each year, capping at 100 marks lost
each year.

* Open PK on Sect members no longer applies, unless they choose to
reveal themself.

* Killing someone will no longer reveal yourself to the Sect. Revealment
is now completely optional.
- However, being revealed will grant you a 50% bonus to
mark gain.
- If you choose to reveal, you cannot conceal yourself for
24 hours.

* You can now gain marks from killing by engaging anybody in one on one
combat, regardless of if they have Sect membership or not.
- This applies to losing points on death, too.
- Any current death counters have been reset.

* Sect Arena has been reopened, but has changed.
- Due to numerous issues, we're foregoing the anonymity
cloak originally offered by the arena for now. You'll
now fight as yourself.
- Non-members can now issue or accept Sect Arena challenges.
- You can SECT LISTEN to hear when challenges are announced,
or SECT IGNORE to ignore them.
- Keep in mind that while it's called an 'Arena', you still
use up cures, lose experience and go through death
sequence. It's simply an enforced 1v1 setting.

* Kills within the Hunting Grounds now grant 200 Sect Points.
- You can no longer change elevations in the Hunting Ground.
- Nor can you gallop or dash.
- Death counter doesn't apply in Hunting Grounds.

* Claiming bounties should now properly work again. Will not work on any
corpses from before this post.
