Overkill and Death

Survival has a new skill called 'Overkill'. This is a passive skill
that will fire whenever you kill a mob with a critical hit. Any excess
damage you dealt to that mob beyond what was needed to kill it will be
stored for 15 seconds, and the next mob you attack in that timeframe
will take that extra damage (Provided the mob isn't immune to critical
hits).

In addition to this, I have made some changes that address a number of
concerns with resurrecting from the death sequence. From now on, undead
and living players will pop up at an offplane saferoom (different rooms
for each), with several exits to different places in the world.
