Hail, Sapience.

Many have expressed concerns about the Elemental Emissaries' motivations and what will occur if we assist them. Yet, if one individual provides them with the cores they desire, it will ultimately lead to the same result as if we all assist them.

I propose that we conduct a meeting five days before the next Serenade, with representatives from each city-state to share information acquired and, if at all possible, decide upon a collective course of action. Those with suspicions will have the opportunity, then, to at least to persuade those who are collecting cores to cease, and perhaps we can come up with an alternative plan.

I would also suggest that people cease collecting cores until we may deliberate on the matter. Though, I do not expect that everyone will.
