Thievery from the stockroom of someone who has done nothing to you. I expect this from Mhaldor and, in fact, have received it from Mhaldor. But a representative of Targossas?

I am not overly fond of cities, but I have done you no harm. I attended a ball in Targossas. I shared my bounty with those in attendance. I had a good time overall. I have had no personal issues with the citizens there, and in fact rarely visit just because I have much business in other areas of the continent.

Perhaps I misunderstand what the City of Good means. Perhaps this one citizen is a poor example of the majority. Perhaps I am just a silly girl with her idea of minding her own business while she conducts her business. Whatever the issue, it saddens and disappoints me that one of yours has chosen to do this.

I will continue to keep my eyes out for thieves, no matter from whence they hail, and I will pray that my soul stays intact until I am clear of any sensitive areas where thieves prey.
