Wealthy Greetings, Ladies and Gentlemen of Sapience!

As submissions close for the Bigger Longer and Uncut Festival's Design Contests, the time has come to announce the specifics for the Festival's Auction, which will be hosted on 19th of Phaestian, year 746.

Each of the items below will be offered, and each auction is both live and without reserve with prebidding available; what this means is, the bidding for the item will continue until there are no more bids put towards it (or the end of the bidding session, whichever comes first)! THERE IS NO MINIMUM BID. Each item will have a counterbid amount that is the minimum counterbid required to replace the highest amount offered.

Prebidding is available, meaning that you can have the highest bid for an item before the Auction day is underway, provided:
A.) You provide your starting bid, and then a maximum bid that you're willing to pay for the item.
B.) You submit the gold amount of your maximum bid via letter to Bronislav.

If someone else places a bid for an item over your starting bid, then your bid will increase by the opposing bid plus the minimum counterbid amount until it reaches your maximum bid. If a counterbid is given beyond your maximum bid, your gold will be returned to you and you will be informed. If your bid wins and is still below your maximum bid, then the excess gold will be returned to you upon delivery of the item you've won! So if you can't make the Auction day, or if you ABSOLUTELY NEED those adorable minipets, this is a good way to have a shot at victory!

There is one golden rule to this, our glorious auction: he who has the gold makes the rules, and it is an auction where the golden sovereign rules all. Your credits, your crowns, your comms, and your precious escrow have no value here - and, as such, ALL BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN GOLDEN SOVEREIGNS.

And, while this should go without saying, all enemies to Lord Prospero's Order will find that their wealth is meaningless until their enemy status is resolved.
