As decreed by the Domnitor of Warfare and agreed upon by the delegations from both Mhaldor
and Targossas, the following amendments shall be added to the Terms of War.

6.) Naval Battles and the Nishnatoba battles have had their values increased to 5 points each.

7.) Each city is now limited to one tank detonation per serenade. Detonation and disarms are now only worth one point instead of three. Theis is not a retroactive change.
