Greetings,

As decreed by the Domnitor of Warfare and agreed upon by the delegations from both Mhaldor and Targossas, the following amendments shall be added to the Terms of War.

1.) All soldiers shall have a 1 minute grace period upon entering realms before being attacked by the enemy.

2.) A raid shall be defined as five enemy soldiers, in either city, regardless of sanction or an active defense.

3.) Any soldier is considered fair game for the duration of the raid, even if they leave the city, if they are in the city at the beginning of the raid or enter the city during a raid.

4.) You can't use this system to allow for active jumping of military members, unless actively seeking sanction.

5.) During a sanctioned duel, neither side shall use rare minerals, lifestones, or a golden phial to garner an unfair advantage.
