Held aloft by the wonders of Nature, a grinning rictus sits upon a richly deserved pike. The clouds roil as a flock of many coloured birds come to bask, pecking not upon the decaying flesh. From many lands they come to observe, and to the ends of the earth they will bear their message.

His once proud visage is locked in what he thought would be the last laugh, but into the borrowed earth Medi's life was inevitably returned.
