The visitor ban put in place within Targossas, as a result of the emerald mist and mimics, has now been lifted by the Dawnlord and any wishing to visit may now do so. There is still the possibility of danger, as the situation is still evolving, but we feel it is safe enough to visit for the time being.

Due to the affect this ban has had on the shop owners of Targossas we have given amnesty as it pertains to shop taxes for the last year. You should all see this reflected by now.
