Greetings Dread Legate,

I note with interest the current lifting of martial law and Mhaldor deciding to open its doors to the world at large. Many decades hence I was enemied and I am certain that the city has both grown and changed much since.

Knowledge takes many forms and it is important that we do not shut out nor entrap important means to further our understanding of the world and its ways. I would request that I be unenemied to the city and allowed access to its streets, shops and to witness again how Mhaldorian culture is conducted.

I understand that I will be subject to paying the blood price three times should I become an enemy again.
