It has been decided that martial law will be lifted and those who are not enemies may once more walk within the city of Mhaldor, without escort or scrutiny. I bid you all to use this opportunity to learn our ways, whilst the opportunity remains.

I recommend visiting our Museum for those that wish to be enlightened in our ways, and to browse our markets, which are evolving to the high standards that many expect of a marketplace.
