Public News Post #19318

A note of thanks

I must applaud the Bastion of the North for undoubtedly having the sense to relentlessly beat their Ambassador with a lexicon of considerable volume, given that his posts have progressed from incomprehensible rambling about farm animals and camelids of the dromedary variety, and have even begun to adopt the semblances of structured, capable thought - something I have yet to see exported from the Bastion in marginal quantities since the loss of Mathonwy Corso.

I do fear for the safety of those who consume his curatives, however. I cannot imagine the froth and spittle that constantly secretes from his features does much to enhance the quality of his transmutations, and I earnestly pity the staff at the Library of Nicator whom must have to continually waterproof the flooring every time the Dawnlord makes a post. Those wishing to seek transmuted curatives of the highest quality should turn to Targossian Tonics, located close to the terminus on Veil's End. Guaranteed to be free of bodily fluids.

We will do Sapience a favor and ensure both the alchemy laboratory and the Archives are given an extra thorough cleansing when the time comes to purify the Bastion of its taint. I only hope we manage before the Ambassador manages to waterlog the city entirely.

Daeir Wintermourne
Minister of the Conclave of the Dawn

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Miraman, in the year 642 AF.
