It does pain me so to still hear the same pleas for aide, the call for soldiers to stand under the lofty aspirations of 'Good', even in the face of such glaring proofs of the real, and inevitable, truth.

Of the ten thousand planes that have already been reclaimed by the Void, do you really think ours is the only one which contains such soldiers who would fight the truth, those who would strive to uphold Creation even in the face of what will undoubtedly be?

Are you truly so arrogant as to think you are the first leader who stood up and cried that Chaos was unnatural; that the certain doom of Creation wasn't really so certain after all, and struggle to defy it?

Do you think you are the first to attempt to push against the momentum that has inexorably swung since the very first breath was drawn?

As a Nihilist, I encourage you to turn your discerning, challenging eye inward. Search your ranks, search what you'd uphold as the truth, search yourself - do you honestly believe that this has not been tried before, only to meet the ineludible?

Push as you will, son. Stand and fight alongside who you will, against who you will. I cannot agree more with your sentiments, to find something to believe in, to cling to, and to stand for. Your banners of Light and Righteousness are no more futile than all the rest, and I am proud to have a son that throws his heart and soul into what he believes, regardless of what it might be.

But while you laud fighting and rallying together under your banners to defeat Bal'met, I'm sure I do not have to remind you just Who provided the tool with which he was ultimately defeated - the very same tool that was used to create the beloved home in which you now reside. You might even say that the need to Create here was fulfilled by the very One you stand so rigidly against. Premature ruin hovered edge, and it was driven back, and even more, something new was born.

The goal of the Nihilist is not simply wanton destruction, nor selfish. Our goal is simply to ensure that Sapience is aware of the truth, and that they may cherish every waking moment accordingly. It all comes out in the wash anyhow - bloodstained hands and all.
