Sleep's Blessings, Achaea.

No doubt by now you will be aware of the Dreamscourge's return and the
appearance of shadowed figures throughout the land. It has now been
confirmed that Noxuron has been fashioning these creatures from the
remnants of Dream energies that remain within the Mesmerium after Our
Lady withdrew Her favour from it all those years ago.*

The Order of Sleep and Dreams makes clear that while these shades may
contain some residual essences of the Dreamrealm, they are -not-
children of the Somnolent Queen. In light of this, a Hunt has been
declared to remove these aberrations.

The Hunt shall run for two month from the time of this post, and the top
hunters will be rewarded by the Order and the Cygnusina Herself.
Furthermore, the best hunter shall receive additional gifts from the
Dream.

It has been noted that Dolaron, the Cygnusine Mystic has a particularly
close connection to the Dream, and can feel the banishment of each
shadowed figure. As such, he shall keep a tally for all hunters and
submit his records to the Order at the end of the Hunt.
