I am pleased to announce that Targossas is now taking general
applications for citizenship. If you are ready to commit yourself fully
and without reservation to the service of Good, you will find a
welcoming home in the Dawnspear.

Be warned though, this not a path for the idly curious. Much will be
asked of you. More than you may be willing to give. Yet the fulfillment
and purpose you will find in this path is not to be understated.
