Greetings Sapience,

I have not written to these boards for over fifty years, since the time
that I was, regretably, a leading member of the Mad God's cult. Back
then, I, like the Daemonic Hand now and the Archdragon almost a decade
ago, spoke of the power that could be found in service to one of
Creation's enemies.

Now, however, I write here as a leader of no one. I write to tell you
that my words in the past were wrong, and I write as a warning to all
who might heed the words of the Daemonic Hand, the Archdragon, or any
others who follow them in attempting to spread these lies.

There is no strength to be found in Evil, or in Chaos. Your strength is
your own, and it is separate from the ends you choose to pursue with it.
Preying upon the weak so that one might feel stronger creates nothing
but an illusion of strength. Submitting to the wild power that is Chaos
contributes nothing to one's own strength, for it is uncontrollable and
will not yield to your will.

Serving Evil, like serving Chaos, is simply using the strength that
already exists within yourself for destructive purposes rather than for
preservation and growth.

If you wish to be slave to a purpose that is beneficial to no one,
follow the Hand to the Western Isle. But know that you will not find
what you are seeking and that all enemies of Creation will be
eradicated.
