water

Winding around the land,
curling into the sand.
Offers something to drink,
when frozen, it can become a rink.

Cool and light,
reflecting the sun so bright.
Warm or cold,
swimming in it never gets old.

A place to fish,
when we leave, our feet go squish.
A place to bathe,
or sunbathe.

It is a great place to be,
a place to feel free.

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Aeguary, in the year 757 AF.
