The Bear, The Hookah, and the Roots
___________________________________
So the bear it kept clubbing me-
knocking me silly.
So I flipped off the world-
and I mooned them too, really!

Well it bothered me stupidly-
and you know where such thinkin' gets you.
In my head I heard >*< P O P >*<
...and I wanted a purple mushroom

When I found one, I went there-
and I looked for the Hookah man.
I needed to get stupid-
just as stupid as I think I can!

I would bring lots of roots-
and I'd eat them like candy.
When the bird or moon came out
I'd eat roots 'til I felt dandy!

When I did something stupid-
I'd just snack on some roots.
And I won't act so stupidly-
or get killed by such brutes.

Then the next time ol' mean bear
starts punching me drunk again-
I'll have roots with my salves
and I wont be so dumb again.

Penned by my hand on the 16th of Phaestian, in the year 753 AF.
