Its very important to us that new and old players alike can get an accurate idea of how many players are online at a time. With that in mind and the significant expansion we've just released, we're making the following changes:

- Citytells, house channels, and ordertells will now cross plane boundaries. We may expand this to other channels as well, though we will not be expanding it to clans: while we believe this is an important change, we're only interested in facilitating in character communication.

- The various WHO commands now also cross plane boundaries.

As a major caveat to this, trecharous planes are excluded. Annwyn interactions with the above commands remain unchanged.
