Two quick fixes:

- The PANPIPES talisman now properly checks useage conditions. In practice what this means is now it is correctly considered a hostile action, and also checks that you are not hindered. To be specific, you can play the panpipes while prone, but not while afflicted with writhe-cured afflictions, paralysis, and with both arms broken.

- In a far more significant and sweeping change, the Staff of Nicator will now be considered an acceptable staff by the basic KILL command for elementalism users.
